The Mission

As a professional Fitness Coach and Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health. The grind isn't easy, but we are willing to stick it out with you every step of the way!

We evaluate your needs based on a variety of factors collected from a New Athlete Questionnaire. We'll break down your Caloric Baselines as well as your unique & individual Macronutrient requirements. A plan is then put together based on foods of your choosing that is calculated to the optimal ratios for reaching your goals!

Before working with Tunde, I had worked with multiple trainers who always promised big results but after months of training with them, they always seemed to have moved on to other clients making me feel like I had been left to the side. When I met Tunde, I’ll be honest, I thought he was going to be just like the others but I was giving personal training one last chance and I am so glad I did.  Tunde took all of my restrictions due to previous surgeries and health issues and formed a workout program that not only worked for me but pushed me.  He didn’t give up on me and never made me feel like I wasn’t an important client.  I have seen more results in the last 6 months working with him than I did in 2 years working with 3 other trainers. I can’t wait to see how my health and fitness journey continues!
